The Hillingdon Care Company

The Hillingdon Care Company (THCC) is a council‑owned organisation dedicated to delivering safe, high‑quality Adult Social Care for the residents. The Burroughs Care Home in West Drayton was acquired in August 2025, and with support from our current care operator, HCMS, we have ensured a smooth transition, retaining a warm and welcoming environment where our team provides high quality residential, respite and dementia care, as well as sensitive end of life support. 

With full CQC registration and a dedicated Registered Manager, we work closely with residents, families, and partners to ensure that every individual receives support that respects their dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
